Senior leadership roles can be complex and demanding.

Our coaching provides a confidential space for leaders to reflect, challenge assumptions and make better decisions.

Typical coaching engagements focus on:

  • Leadership transitions
  • Strategic clarity
  • Confidence and resilience
  • Navigating organisational complexity

Our coaching is strengths-focused and designed to help leaders maximise their potential while addressing the barriers that may be holding them back.

How we can support you

We tailor every engagement to your needs. Here are some examples of how we’ve supported our clients and could support you

Tailored, strengths-focused coaching for leaders at all levels. Delivered as structured programmes of 3, 5 or 10 sessions, each engagement includes:

  • Chemistry and contracting session
  • Clear goals and review checkpoints
  • Optional profiling or 360 tools
  • End-of-programme review with optional sponsor feedback

We also offer single-session or ad hoc coaching for leaders needing a safe space to reflect and refocus.

Team coaching works on the relationships and dynamics that drive (or block) performance. We coach the team as a whole — listening deeply, naming patterns, and helping the group take responsibility for its progress.

Team coaching is often combined with team development, diagnostics, or strategy work for longer-term impact.

Includes:

  • Listening phase and team insight session
  • Coaching blocks or workshops
  • Shared team commitments and review

For organisations that want regular access to Polaris coaching, our retained model offers flexibility and consistency. This could include:

  • A monthly coaching clinic for senior leaders
  • Flexible coaching blocks for a nominated cohort
  • Ongoing advisory support for internal L&D or HR leads

We help organisations embed coaching into the way they lead and manage. This might include:

  • Training internal leaders in coaching skills
  • Building peer coaching circles
  • Creating a shared coaching framework and language
  • Supporting the development of internal coach capability

The aim? To build cultures where feedback, reflection and growth are part of everyday leadership.

We use a range of tools to support coaching insight, including:

  • Spotlight - our preferred tool for strengths, stretch and derailers
  • 360 feedback - simple, targeted and confidential
  • Other assessments - personality, emotional intelligence, motivation, flexed to need

Every tool is interpreted by an experienced coach, always with a focus on what the insights mean for real-world behaviour and impact.
