Natalie Harvey

Will Shorten
Will is a highly-skilled leadership coach and trainer with a unique ability to tune into the nuances of any team.
Will brings authenticity, having had 1st hand experience of front-line management, and supports his clients helping them to work through complex and often emotionally driven issues. His approach builds trust and demonstrates an exceptional attentiveness to both team dynamics and individual needs.
Will appreciates the opportunities to work with many international clients across a range of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, IT as well as public and governmental sectors – he enjoys variety.
Prior to this he spent 25 years working in 2 manufacturing organisations in Operations, R&D, Commercial and HR functions.
Will has an MBA and is an ICF accredited coach to PCC level. He tutors on a Business and Personal Certified Coaching programme.

Adrian Barker
Adrian’s coaching and facilitation style is result–focused. Supportive yet challenging, he uses his leadership experience and extensive personal development to inspire current and future leaders to deliver to their full potential.
Adrian has 25 years’ experience of working in, and leading high-performance teams, in both the public and private sector. He uses this experience in his capacity as a Learning and Development professional and executive coach. Drawing on his background as a police officer, Detective, close protection and CTSFO, he brings a unique perspective to clients and helps teams and individuals achieve goals and objectives.
With a particular interest in team dynamics and team performance, he focusses on the authenticity of the team and the leader and the role the leader plays in creating a high-performance environment.

Chris Gamble
Chris is the Founder of Polaris Consultants and is known for his performance-focused, thoughtful and insight-led approach to leadership and team development. He has worked with some of the world’s best-known organisations, creating the conditions for honest reflection, clear thinking and meaningful behavioural change, helping leaders and teams cut through noise and focus on what really matters.
Chris works closely with senior leaders and leadership teams, often at moments of pressure, transition or growth. His style balances challenge and support, enabling clients to confront difficult realities, shift limiting patterns and take ownership of their impact. His work is grounded in the belief that extraordinary performance comes from clarity, alignment and deep human connection.
Chris is an ICF-accredited coach and regularly lectures at Nottingham Business School.

Lisa Gardner
Lisa is our Business and Operations Manager, the driving force behind everything that keeps this business running smoothly behind the scenes. With 35 years of experience as a senior operational manager across multiple sectors of the service industry, she brings a wealth of expertise in project management and customer relationship management to the team.
A holder of a Master's degree in Business Management, Operations and Administration, Lisa is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and serves as the central point of contact for trainers, coaches, clients, and everyone involved in our programs ensuring everything is executed seamlessly.
Lisa has a vast array of knowledge when it comes to systems and processes and can turn her hand to almost anything finding a solution to any challenge that presents itself.

Adam Craft
Adam is our Accounts Manager at Polaris, helping keep projects running smoothly and clients happy. He’s organised, easy to work with, and always ready to find a practical solution.
Adam is a fully qualified chartered accountant with over 16 years in the accounting industry and brings a wealth of experience into the Polaris accounting function.
With extensive experience across multiple sectors, Adam has a practical approach with ensuring both corporate and personal clients receive accurate information to make informed decisions on investments and growth, turning complex data into actionable decisions.
His proactive approach helps businesses anticipate challenges before they arise.
