At Polaris, we believe extraordinary leadership should be nurtured at every level, not just at the top.
Our pro bono coaching offer is for junior-to-middle managers who are navigating a career transition: those who are searching for their next step, preparing to step into a new role, or ready to reset and reimagine their leadership potential.
It's also for new and emerging coaches who would like to develop and gain experience whilst making a difference.
LaunchPad is a reflection of our mission to help build extraordinary leaders and teams and of the deep gratitude we have for the mentors, coaches, and generous people who shaped our own journeys.

3 x 90-minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions, with an option to extend

Delivered by Polaris associates and coaches, both experienced and emerging
