Solution

We paired each participant with a Polaris executive coach and delivered a bespoke five-session programme - with the flexibility to extend. No two coaching journeys were the same, but they were all grounded in some consistent principles:

• Self-awareness: Exploring leadership style, communication preferences and interpersonal impact
• Future clarity: Defining personal leadership goals, vision and success on their terms
• Mindset and agility: Surfacing and working through limiting beliefs, while expanding behavioural options
