1. Availability and Matching

We aim to pair all appropriate coaching requests with a suitable coach. However, places are limited and we may not be able to accommodate every application straight away. Priority will be given based on availability and fit.

 

2. Right to Refuse Participation

Polaris Consultants reserves the right to decline any request to participate - whether from a coach or coachee - at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

 

3. Coaching is Independent

Launchpad coaching is delivered by trusted Polaris associates and affiliate coaches. It is a professional, independent relationship between coach and coachee. Polaris does not supervise, direct or collect any information from the coaching sessions.

 

4. Data and Confidentiality

Polaris does not retain any content from coaching conversations. All sessions are confidential, and any data you share with us (e.g. via application forms) will be handled in line with our [Privacy Policy]. Your email address may be shared with a LaunchPad coach to enable them to make contact with you.

 

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to uphold a respectful, professional standard. We reserve the right to withdraw any participant who does not meet these expectations.

 

6. Free and Voluntary Offer

Launchpad is a pro bono initiative. Coaching is provided free of charge, with no obligation on either side beyond the agreed sessions. Participation beyond the initial 3 sessions shall be at the discretion of the coach and coachee.

 

7. Feedback (Optional)

We may invite you to provide feedback at the end of your experience. This will always be anonymised unless you choose otherwise.
