A GLOBAL LAW FIRM APPROACHED US TO HELP THEM RESHAPE THEIR INTERNAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OFFER.
With hundreds of ambitious professionals stepping into leadership roles each year, they needed a modern, engaging experience that would genuinely build skills - not just tick boxes.
Challenge
How do you equip future leaders with the tools to manage, communicate and lead through change in today’s complex environment? And how do you ensure the learning sticks beyond the classroom?
Solution
We designed and delivered a suite of three connected programmes focused on:
- Core management skills
- Storytelling and communication
- Leading through change
Each programme was delivered as two interactive half-day sessions, blending insight, practice and reflection. We used the Polaris learning model to create safe, energising spaces for participants to learn from input and each other.
To embed the learning, we designed follow-up peer and self-led activities, with a dedicated reflection call four weeks after the workshops to reconnect, deepen learning and reinforce peer support.
Impact
The results speak for themselves.
Hundreds of participants have now taken part, with feedback averaging 9.3/10.
